Razvitiye-Lipetsk has been successfully performing a full range of works across Russia since 2016 in the fields of initial data collection, engineering surveys, technical inspection of buildings and structures, and territory planning and land surveying. The company's core business areas are industrial, civil and infrastructure construction.
The company's facilities and equipment base, located in Lipetsk, includes an in-house laboratory center for determining the physical-mechanical and sanitary-chemical properties of soils and water, assessing radiation conditions and physical factors, as well as a fleet of high-performance drilling rigs (UGB-587, URB-2D3, PBU-2, UBShM) and other specialized equipment enabling geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations of any complexity.
To perform high-precision engineering inspections, create digital models of facilities and prepare as-built documentation, the company uses a modern suite of laser scanning and remote sensing equipment:
- Trimble X7 3D laser scanner;
- EFT ESL1 3D laser scanner;
- EFT ESL1 handheld SLAM scanner;
- LiDAR-equipped quadcopter.
This equipment makes it possible to obtain high-precision three-dimensional data on buildings, structures, utility networks and territories, inspect hard-to-reach facilities, create digital twins and as-built 3D models, and significantly reduce field work duration.
