We recently completed another project for PJSC "NLMK".
We carried out a complex of works, applying a systematic approach to industrial construction challenges:
Full survey cycle
At the "Folding supports for the weighing and video surveillance automation system" site, engineering-geodetic works covered 7 plots with a total area of up to 1 ha, and engineering-geological surveys included drilling 13 boreholes, each 15 linear meters deep.
Based on the data obtained, working and cost estimate documentation was developed.
Monitoring and inspection
We carried out geotechnical monitoring at NLMK's new production facility, tracking tilt, settlement, and other parameters during building construction.
We performed inspection of building structures, including:
- Conveyor lines
- Chimney stacks
- Completed construction facilities
We developed design documentation for industrial sites in Lipetsk and Stary Oskol.
We supplemented it with traffic management solutions to ensure the safety of vehicle movement across the enterprise's territory.
Thanks to our comprehensive approach, all of the client's tasks were promptly resolved while precisely adhering to the budget.
