Client's task: Provide the site with a stable water source for process and drinking needs in an area with complex geology.
Work performed: Full cycle of drilling and completion works for a 58 m deep well, including exploration of aquifers, selection of the optimal water-bearing layer, and construction of a reliable casing string assembly.
Project features: Drilling through highly abrasive and fractured siliceous limestone, requiring specialized equipment (URB-2D3 mounted on a KAMAZ chassis) and precise engineering solutions.
Result: A well with a telescopic design, diameter ranging from 369 to 190 mm, was commissioned with a stable flow rate of up to 25 m³/hour and a water level of 11 m. The reliable filterless design, with perforation in the water-bearing limestone zone, is ready for long-term operation without the risk of siltation.
