When an enterprise expands production, engineering surveys and cadastral works are a critical stage. An error in area calculations, a mismatch in building configuration, or unresolved land relations can delay commissioning by months. Our team recently carried out a complex of works at one such plant.
Client's task:
Commission the site after reconstruction and expansion of production in accordance with legal requirements and without delays. Bring the production site into full legal and technical compliance.
Works were carried out on a comprehensive basis:
• engineering surveys performed;
• measurement works on buildings and structures conducted;
• land plot surveying carried out;
• easements arranged and executed;
• as-built drawings and technical documentation prepared.
Accurately recording the actual dimensions and configuration of the facilities was of particular importance — during reconstruction this is a key point for correctly reflecting data in the technical plan. The project was carried out in parallel with the work of designers and builders.
This made it possible to:
• promptly clarify changes in the geometry of the facilities;
• record the actual parameters of the buildings in a timely manner;
• avoid discrepancies between design solutions and actual execution;
• reduce the time needed to prepare the final documentation.
In such projects, speed without loss of accuracy is the main indicator of a team's professionalism.
As a result of the works:The client received a complete package of documentation for submission to the architecture authority, including:
- a set of as-built drawings;
- a technical plan;
- a certificate of technical and economic indicators (TEP);
- documentation required to complete the commissioning procedure.
The client received a properly formalized facility — with correctly reflected boundaries, areas, and characteristics. Reconstruction of an operating production facility always involves work at the intersection of engineering, cadastral registration, and legislation. And here it is important not just to carry out measurements, but to structure the process so that every figure in the documentation matches the actual condition of the facility.
