Customer's Task
Develop a design project for a sports and recreation complex for Sports School No. 1 in Gubkin, Belgorod Region, and ensure a positive conclusion from the state expertise.
Works Performed
"Razvitie-Lipetsk" acted as the general designer and took on the entire project cycle: collection of initial data and obtaining technical specifications; engineering-geodetic, geological, environmental, hydrometeorological, and archaeological surveys; inspection of the existing structure and previously constructed foundation; development of design, working, and estimate documentation; interior design project; approval of the architectural and urban planning appearance; and support during the state expertise.
Project Features
The sports and recreation complex, with an area of about 1,500 m², is designed on a site of more than 15,000 m² on the territory of the active "Orlyonok" complex. When placing the building and external engineering networks, existing 6 kV and 0.4 kV cable lines and their security zones were taken into account.
The central part of the building is a universal sports hall measuring 36 × 18 m with a height of at least 10 m, designed for basketball, volleyball, mini-football, and general physical training. A dividing curtain allows classes to be held simultaneously in two independent zones.
A choreography hall, a gym, four changing rooms with showers and restrooms, coaching and administrative offices, a medical center, equipment storage rooms, and solutions for visitors with limited mobility are also provided.
A separate task was the coordination of sports technology, architectural and structural solutions, engineering systems, and existing communications on the site. The architectural and urban planning appearance of the object was approved by the chief architect of the Belgorod Region. For the interiors, visualizations, elevations, floor and ceiling plans, equipment placement schemes, and color and lighting solutions were developed.
Result
"Razvitie-Lipetsk", acting as the general designer, ensured the development and coordination of the project at all stages — from engineering surveys and initial data to passing the state expertise. The design documentation received a positive conclusion, and the architectural and urban planning appearance was approved. The customer received a complete set of design, working, and estimate documentation, ready for the transition to the construction of the sports and recreation complex.
